Touch-a-Truck
What: Emergency, construction, military, landscaping, transportation, and delivery vehicles will gather all in one place. Children will be able to touch, ask questions, and climb on their favorite vehicles. Come to this fun, free event.

Peak City Pig Fest
What: A popular local favorite featuring a full weekend of a juried barbecue cook-off between some of the best bbq cook teams in the state.

Turkey Trot 5k
What: Annual 5k race at Apex Community Park with a scenic course through the park and around a lake.
When: Saturday before Thanksgiving
Christmas on Salem Street
What: Featuring a full weekend of holiday fun: a tree lighting and sleigh rides on Friday, a Pancake Breakfast, pictures with Santa, and parade on Saturday, and Historic Home Tours on Sunday.
